- This consignment comprises material for the first three chapters of Kevin T Kelly's autobiography; papers concerning Catholic Church affairs, and Kelly's papers about Catholic action and the Lay apostolate. Papers and ephemera from his education and involvement with the De la Salles Catholic College (1920s) includes school reports, year books, photographs and material in overseas work where he attended the World Lasallian Conference and visit De las Salles Catholic Colleges (1960s –1980s). Kelly's participation in the Campion Society is highlighted in his notes and correspondence along with the society's syllabus, constitution and key papers (1930s). Typed manuscripts, papers and reports document Kelly's work to introduce and foster the Young Christian Workers (YCW) in Australia. Newspapers clippings and correspondence relate to Kevin T. Kelly's association with founder Joseph Cardijn's, his work and his Cardijn's visit to Australia. There's also material on Cardijn's assistant, Fr Robert Kothen; copies of books and pamphlets that form a series of publications on the Young Christian Workers with many in French.
