Algeranoff served as ballet-master for Den Norske Opera (the Norwegian Opera) from 1957-1959. Productions with which he was involved included 'The Legend of Willow Pattern', 'Coppelia' and 'Medea'.

The series includes notes on repertoire, casting and dancers, itineraries, business correspondence (particularly with the dancer Henry Lipkowsky), a scrapbook containing cuttings, 1958-1959 and programs, 1959.

Comprises three folders and one folio item.

Immediate source of acquisition:
The Algeranoff Papers were donated to the Library by Algeranoff's son, Noel Essex, in 1969 and 1971.
