Programs of mainly overseas performances which were attended, performed or collected by Algeranoff. The series includes programs of performances by ballet companies not included in Series 5 - 12 as well as theatre companies and singers.
Includes a set of programs for the Leningrad State Kirov Ballet performances at Covent Garden, programs for Serge Diaghileff's Russian Ballet season, Indian dance recitals (including Menaka and Uday Shankar), Opera Russe à Paris, Anna Pavlova memorial performances, Markova Dolin Ballet, J.C. Williamson Ltd, and the Sadlers Wells Ballet.
Other programs are held in Series 5 - 11 and Series 13.
- Immediate source of acquisition:
- The Algeranoff Papers were donated to the Library by Algeranoff's son, Noel Essex, in 1969 and 1971.
