- Immediate source of acquisition:
- The papers were presented to the Library in 1975 By David Heysen, the eldest son of Hans and Sallie Heysen. A small number of letters were added to the collection in 1976 and 1986. Another small addition (Series 10) was received from the Curator at 'The Cedars', Hahndorf, in 2003.
