Content Summary:

Various nineteenth century letters, notes and certificates, mostly Australian, including a conditional convict pardon. Assumed to have been collected by Crome from dealers or at auction.

With the exception of the letter from C J [Menfield], all were originally in a folder together. A medal with a bust of Fritjof Nansen and the Fram polar expedition has been moved to Series 18 (Medals and Realia).

Series 7 (Correspondence) contains some similar material.

The series has been arranged chronologically.
