A slip of paper notes 'Following the Mrs Sage part: - They come down near the Harrow School, where the school boys had to restrain an angry famer from attacking the fliers. Jean Pierre Blanchard 1753-1809. The most famous of the French Aeronauts, with Dr John Jeffries was the first to cross the English channel by air.'
