Newspaper cuttings and notes

Component identifier:
Series 4
Content Summary:
Originally in spring back folders, Williams arranged these press cuttings and notes in alphabetical order by subject. They relate to Williams' research from 1949 to the 1980s. Most of the press cuttings are from the 1960s and 1970s and complement the subject files in Series 1 and 2, although there is some duplication. Included are copies of typescripts of some of his articles as well as copies of journal and newspaper articles.
Immediate source of acquisition:
Harold and Gertrude (Jean) Williams between 1978 and 1995 donated the collection to the Library in numerous instalments. Further material was added in 2002 and 2005.
