- This series has one folder of letters from such correspondents as the Town Clerk of Melbourne City Council, the Victorian Artists' Society, and the National Gallery of Victoria covering the years 1922-1971. The bulk of the letters in this series, three folders, are letters from George Hermon Gill written during World War 11 (1939-1945) when he served in Navy Intelligence in Newcastle, N.S.W. and in Orpington, Kent.
