The Girl Guides Association was the service organisation in which she became most deeply involved, re-writing their constitution among other initiatives, and starting up the Guide Shop, which became a very successful business and fund raiser for the Guides. The visit of the Chief Guide Lady Olave Baden Powell was a highlight. [See also Series 32].
