Penberthy, together with Don Banks and Larry Sitsky, was a founding member of the Composers Guild of Australia. The Guild was a short-lived attempt to form foster collegial relations among professional composers. Contained in this series is correspondence, minutes of meetings, reports and papers relating to the operation of the Guild.
