Commissioner H.B. Pope: Notes taken at interviews with two of his daughters and an ex-colleague.
Note: Pope was appointed by Hughes in 1920, and dismissed by Bruce in 1926 after a Royal Commission into differences between Pope and the other Phosphate Commissioners.
