My most financially successful novel - based on the tragedy of Mary Ann Brownlow (nee Guise) who murdered her husband at Gundaroo in 1855, and having been tried by Justice Stephen was hanged at Goulburn Gaol. These papers give and indication of the amount of research that went into the writing of this novel (translated into several languages). Contains some very interesting letters.
