- Established in 1926 by Dame Marie Rambert, Ballet Rambert is now the oldest dance company in Britain. This series covers Boyd's career with Ballet Rambert, and items that Boyd collected on the company once he had stopped performing with it. Boyd's performance in Lady into Fox, and the 1947-1948 Ballet Rambert tour of Australia and New Zealand are incorporated in this series, as are commemorative items of several anniversaries of the company.
- Immediate source of acquisition:
- The Papers of Charles Boyd were donated to the Library by Charles Boyd on 25 March 2002. Further material donated by Boyd was added to the collection in 2022.
