This series comprises files on projects conducted by Singer and various co-workers under Australian Research Council (ARC) and National Health and Medical Research Council (NH) research grants awarded between 1982 and 1992. Most files contain the original application, some with assessors' reports; many also include progress and/or final summary reports and correspondence and papers/articles relevant to or arising from the research.
Most of the research undertaken related to ethical issues involved in IVF, decisions on quality of life, abortion and health services resource allocation generally.
Titles given in brackets are those assigned by Singer to the relevant files.
