As a founding Member of the Board, which appointed the first editor, Natasha Cica, and Paul Smith, Business and Policy Manager, McPhee was Cica's editorial mentor and adviser, especially during the breakdown of communications with Chairman John Menadue, which resulted in Cica's resignation in Sept 2004. McPhee, with the assistance of her Personal Assistant, Helen Smith, acted as Editor for the interim, to be followed by Jose Borghino as Editor and Rod McGuiness as Business Manager
