Original Consignment

Component identifier:
Class MS 9867
Content Summary:

Correspondence, drafts, articles and administrative papers. The correspondence is primarily made up of administrative material, much of which stems from Bryan's involvement in various organisations, boards and committees. The personal correspondence is concerned only with Bryan's other library activities, his authorship of books and articles, speeches, travel and consultancies. There are drafts of Bryan's autobiographies and his unpublished history of the University of Queensland.

Comprises 27 boxes + 1 carton.

Immediate source of acquisition:
The papers were donated by Harrison Bryan to the Library on 6 December 1996, with a further donation made on 8 July 2002.
