Annotation suggests property is 25 Gilliver Avenue, Vaucluse (Sydney), which was sold by Lady Jordan (who had been wife of then late NSW Chief Justice Sir Frederick Jordan) in 1950. Was in envelope with rest of 'Stirling' packet, so possibly sent to Casey's, by Alfred Stirling, while they were in Washington DC
