DONALD FRIEND - Interviews with Donald Friend in his home/studio in Woollahra, 1988, and also with Attilio Guarracino in his home in Melbourne. The story became the basis for a film script, but the film was never made. More interviews with artists who knew Friend well, for story I wrote in 1989 when Friend died. Notes for another major feature on Friend, at the time of the retrospective of his work at the Art Gallery of NSW. Gallery invitations to Friend exhibitions, 1988
