Content Summary:
Most of the files in this series consist of typescripts drafts with corrections and handwritten notes. A number of the works are untitled and undated (files 54-62). There is also a series of plays written by Ross for Workers' Educational Association drama classes in Dunedin and workshop classes in Newcastle.
Immediate source of acquisition:
The papers were purchased from Lloyd Ross by the National Library in three instalments in 1974, 1979 and 1982. Further instalments were received after his death, in 1988 and 1991.
