In this large series appear manuscript and typescript copies of his writings on a wide variety of subjects not covered in other series. Included here are unpublished typescripts of papers on systematic sociology consisting of 'Character and method of sociological thought', 'Story of social intergration' and 'Logic of the social sciences' (items 1611-3864).

Immediate source of acquisition:
The papers were received from the family of Sir Frederic Eggleston after his death in 1954.
