Dealers' correspondence and invoices include Harold Davis, the Rembrandt Gallery, Maggs Brothers, Francis Edwards, Thomas Thorp, Sydney Burney and the Parker Gallery. Subjects include the artists R. A Oliver and Augustus Earle's painting 'Bivouac'.

There are two labels taken from artworks. The first is dated 30 July 1895 and is annotated as being a picture of Sydney Harbour. The second label is inscribed 'Beasley Collection 4. 10. 1933. Natives in a canoe from an island in the Pacific by Capt D. Roberts, Royal Navy, quality watercolour'. Also included is Nan Kivell's 1939 Christmas Card with his photograph.
