Content Summary:
The diaries document Glanville-Hick's travel through Europe and the recording of a harp sonata. The diary for 1956 refers to an operation and hospitalisation, as well as further travels throughout Europe. Rehearsal schedules for Little Women are mentioned in 1958 diary as well as the opening of an opera. Glanville-Hicks notes her depression in 1959 diary as well as further medical appointments.

The papers were purchased by the National Library of Australia in 1993 from Glanville-Hicks' biographer, Ms Wendy Beckett.
