In February 1968 Bunning was appointed a commissioner to inquire and report on the plans of the New South Wales Government to construct three major traffic outlets through Paddington, an inner Sydney suburb. In addition to the report there is an album of newspaper cuttings concerning the inquiry. The album also contains some general cuttings about Bunning and his wife.
