- In 1958 Jacobs was invited to help establish eucalyptus plantations in South America by the Argentinian Government under the auspices of the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations. He visited South Africa before returning to Australia in 1959. This series consists of papers relating to these overseas visits.
