This consignment comprises papers relating to Maldwyn Rees, his wife Blodwen Rees and their involvement in the Sydney Welsh Church community and Sydney Welsh choirs in the mid 1900s. Papers include a typed copy edit of "Y Ddolen" (The Link), Hymn singing Festival program, song sheets, order of service, newsletters, notices for events and epherema. Photographs are mainly black and white, depicting choirs and youth group members, church picnics and re-enactments of the French invasion (multiple copies) some with captions; a signed photograph of Joy Nichols (1925-1992); newspaper clippings relating to David Jones and the original Cymdeithas Society constitution.
