The papers in this series relate to Molony's involvement as a committee member of the group Eureka's Children, and with the Eureka Stockade Memorial Trust of which he was both an historical consultant and a trustee. They comprise papers relating to meetings of the Executive Committee of Eureka's Children and correspondence, applications for funding, minutes of meetings, design submissions and background material for the Eureka Stockade Memorial Trust's project to redevelop the site of the Eureka uprising in Ballarat.
Immediate source of acquisition:
The bulk of the papers were acquired from John Molony in 1998, under the Taxation Incentives for the Arts Scheme (TIAS). Three earlier small consignments were received from Molony - two donated in 1981 and 1985 and one acquired under the TIAS in 1989.
