G.D. Delprat and family: photographs

Content Summary:
This series contains two photograph albums: the first contains photographs of the five Delprat sisters and their husbands (including Douglas Mawson) and also Mr and Mrs G.D. Delprat, 1914-37. The second album is unattributed origin showing German troops mainly in France during World War I. Also in this series is an oversize album entitled: 'Newcastle Steelworks', containing photos of Broken Hill from the 1890's and of Newcastle steelworks from 1914 (in folio run).
Immediate source of acquisition:
The collection was donated to the Library by Tania Teppema in 1984.
