Included in the series are sermons for Good Friday (1938-76), for the Diocese of Canberra-Goulburn (1948-58), for Gippsland parishes (1959-74) and other parishes (1975-81), for church organizations and parishes on special occasions (1953, 1959-73); addresses at funerals (1958-81), dedications and consecrations (1959-74), baptisms and confirmations (1959-81), Easter and Christmas (1963-67). There are also Christian education addresses (1959-74), addresses to the Australian Council of Churches and Missions (1960-67), addresses on world poverty, peace and war, human relationships (Lent 1943), and addresses for retreats, quiet days and Christian unity.

The broadcasts include short devotional talks on 2LF (1941-42), and devotional services on 3LO (1945-48). Included is a booklet on Broadcasting as a religious opportunity by Kenneth T. Henderson, 1947. (2 boxes)

Canberra Grammar School sermons (1948-58) are located in Series 4.

Also included in the series are typescripts of lunch time lectures at St Mark's Library given by Sir Mark Oliphant, Sir John Crawford, Professor A.G. Ogston and Professor H. Rigby (1964); ABC Guest of Honour talks by John McIntyre, Meredith Thring, and Joel Hurstfield (1970-74); 'The Christian way of life' by E.H. Burgmann, addresses on 'The Bible and the Christian man' by Angelo O'Hagan; 3 lectures on 'Anglicanism in Australian life' by Kenneth Henderson.
