- Christina Wilson is a mezzo-soprano, and has appeared in performances throughout the UK, Europe, the USA and Australia. She is a winner of the Australian Singing Competition's prestigious Marianne Mathy Award and a prizewinning graduate of the Canberra School of Music, the Royal Northern College of Music, Manchester and the National Opera Studio, London. Christina has sung as a soloist in Handel's Messiah at the Royal Albert Hall under Sir David Willcocks, at London House under Sir Richard Bonynge and at Westminster Abbey in "A Service for Australia", in the presence of HM the Queen. She has sung in recital at the Wigmore Hall, the Temple Square, USA and the Paris Conservatoire. She has appeared with the Glyndebourne Festival Opera, Wexford Festival Opera, Belfast Opera and the State Opera of South Australia, and made regular broadcasts on ABC FM's "Sunday Live" and appearances at the Canberra International Music Festival, Christina has sung many world and Australian premieres. In 2011 she was a featured soloist in the inaugural Voices in the Forest at the National Arboretum, and with the Canberra Symphony Orchestra in their 2013 Prom Concert. Link to catalogue record.
