- A series containing correspondence, clippings and other papers collected by Sawer on the topic of the constitutional and legal role of the Governor-General, some of which relate to the 1975 actions of Sir John Kerr. Of particular note are a lengthy letter from Sir Zelman Cowen concerning misreporting of statements he had allegedly made on the subject in Scotland, and a copy of the Letters Patent Relating to the Office of Governor-General signed by Queen Elizabeth II.
