Content Summary:

The Wildlife Preservation Society of Queensland was established in 1962 to preserve the fauna and flora of Queensland and to educate the community on the preservation of the natural environment. Sinclair was Honorary Secretary of the Maryborough Moonaboola Branch of the Wildlife Preservation Society of Queensland from its formation in 1967 until 1978, and was editor of the Branch newsletter Wambaliman. In 1977, he was co-opted to the State Council of the Society in Brisbane and served as President in 1980-1985. In 1986 he was Senior Vice President of the Society.

The series comprises a combination of files and loose papers, arranged roughly chronologically. Some of the papers in this series have been water damaged and affected by mould.
