The minutes begin on 23 November 1949, and continue to 1951. For a period in the early fifties, multiple copies were sent by airmail, but this practice was discontinued in 1952. There are four reports. These are a 'Report on the history and working of the groups of the Liaison Committee' (1946-1958), a 'Short report of work' (1950), a Report of a sub-committee appointed to discuss certain alterations in draft Human Rights Covenant (1951), and finally a report on the Second United Nations Conference of the Non-Governmental Organizations Interested in the Eradication of Prejudice and Discrimination, 1950. There are multiple copies of the Committee's Rules of Procedure.
