Greeting cards, some inserted with photographs. Three cards have photo of Albatross on front. Cards addressed to "dad" from (variously) Annie, Rosy, Will, Reuben, and [Scout?]. One card contains two other cards and colour photos (some labelled on reverse) of 6 people gathered around candle on table, man [Costin?] with newly planted tree, man [Costin?] in hat, man [Costin?] with younger man (both standing). Photo labelling refers to Brian and Rosaleen Mills, olive grove (Bodalla), Alex, Tasmanian alpine flowers.
Colour photographs, mainly labelled on reverse. Labelling refers to Will, Mary, Reuben, Mount Strezelecki area, Trouser's Point, playing computer games, Reuben's 16th birthday, Ridgeway, Mt Wellington area, Mt Strezelecki area, vegetation, sheep grazing, Emita Beach near Wybalena (Flinders Island), stormy weather at Killiecranckie Bay (Flinders Island). Subjects on two unlabelled photos include sandstone farmhouse with green metal roof, woman with dog on front veranda of same sandstone house.
Set of prints "Tasmanian flora series 4" by Stephanie Dean with covering Christmas card from Rosey, Will and Reuben to "Dad" [Alec Costin?]. Includes Four small prints of mountain flora (some identified as alpine).

- This large and diverse collection was compiled by Alec Costin then organised and catalogued by the eScholarship Research Centre at The University of Melbourne from 2017-2019. The collection was then transferred to the National Library of Australia in 2020.
