Small buff envelope containing black-and-white photographs (two numbered, dated and labelled) and covering note. Envelope labelled "BHP report June 1977: Plate 2B: redeveloped to show Mt. Feathertop". Labelling on two photos reads "Razorback from Diamantina Hut: May, 1977: 77/6/10". Unlabelled photos show herbfield with mountain [Feathertop?] in background, mountains with man in foreground. Also includes covering note from "Warwick" to A.B. Costin.

Black-and-white photographs variously labelled, dated and numbered. Labelling reads "1957 Report - Taken"; "Photo 2: [Vic.?] Resources Mag. Page 5: No. 2". Some photos numbered 11A; 77/7/3: 9A; 77/7/4:9A. Two prints of same shot labelled respectively as "Plate 1B: [illegible] Ftop [Feathertop?] Photo" and "Ice-sculptured - face of [Mt?] Cross-cut Saw. Mount Spec [Speculation?], Mt. Koonika and Mt. Cobber[?] are seen (from left to right) in the background. The alt. sequence of vegn is wsf, scrubby, [illegible], and alp [lif?] and heath [glaciation?]".

This large and diverse collection was compiled by Alec Costin then organised and catalogued by the eScholarship Research Centre at The University of Melbourne from 2017-2019. The collection was then transferred to the National Library of Australia in 2020.
