Numbered black-and-white negatives, originally housed in envelopes. One envelope labelled "Drip trays" with strip of seven negatives (568-573 on reverse); envelope labelled "Drip trays: 4 1/2 plate enlargements from Neg. No. 18 please" (561-567 on reverse) with one strip of six negatives. Several negatives show drip tray at base of tree. Prints in files 56 and 233 may have been produced from one these negatives. Other negatives show trees with mountains in background.
Black-and-white photographs. Subjects include large tree with snow on foliage (one print, numbered 2 on reverse), fence with ice/snow accumulating around wire (five prints, numbered B9/20 on reverse).

- This large and diverse collection was compiled by Alec Costin then organised and catalogued by the eScholarship Research Centre at The University of Melbourne from 2017-2019. The collection was then transferred to the National Library of Australia in 2020.
