Bundle of handwritten notes (some dated), hydrographs, reports, one publication and correspondence. Hydrographs produced by the New South Wales Department of Industry, Planning and Natural Resources regarding the Tuross River. Information brochure (no. 3) "Tuross estuary and Colla Lake: estuary Management plan" (with annotated yellow sticky note from Noel Kesby to Alec Costin and annotated label attached). Report "Draft restriction levels - Lower Tuross River". Letter from Alec Costin to Mark Bice containing recommendations for river sharing and river corridor management for areas in the Lower Tuross Valley. Letter from Don McPhee, executive officer, South Coast Water Management Committee to Alec Costin regarding previous correspondence with Mark Bice, 12 February 2001 - November 2004.
