- Unidentified, numbered, unlabelled black-and-white photographs possibly of Australian alpine areas. Subjects include cattle grazing, snowpatches, trees, small waterfall, herbfields, slopes in background, leafless trees, man overlooking valley, man in shorts standing in herbfield, man standing on cliff overlooking rocky slopes, man walking down hill amongst herbfield and clumps of trees, small waterfalls in gully with snowpatches to the right, feldmark with mountains in background. Photos faded and discoloured, some stuck together, some damaged [possibly by sticking to photo above]. Photos numbered on reverse as 11/- (two photos); 61/1 (three photos); 53/- (approx. twenty photos); 61/- (approx. thirteen photos). Includes duplicates.

- This large and diverse collection was compiled by Alec Costin then organised and catalogued by the eScholarship Research Centre at The University of Melbourne from 2017-2019. The collection was then transferred to the National Library of Australia in 2020.
