The instalment also includes orrespondence and papers pertaining to Oram's time in Papua New Guinea. There is also a large collection of undocumented, original negatives of unidentified indigenous people, apparently taken by Reginald Arthur Vivian, also known as "The Vivian Photographs: 1915-1940" (4 boxes, 2 fol. boxes).
Immediate source of acquisition:
The original consignments were donated to the Library by Oram in December 1996 and July 2001.
