- Chiron College was a small two year matriculation school located in Birchgrove in Sydney. It was registered with the New South Wales Department of Education in March 1974, but closed down in 1977. Murdoch was on the Board of Directors from 1973 and was President of Chiron College at the time of its closure. Some of the files in this series were created by Murdoch, while others appear to have belonged to the Principals John Welch and Peter Ofner and the Registrar Diana Thomson. The correspondents include Ofner, Geoffrey Lehmann, Barbara Blackman and Charles Blackman.
