Chronological notes
- Component identifier:
- Series
- Content Summary:
- The chronological notes in this series form the basis of Katherine Stirling Kerr Cawsey's (KSC) books, The Making of a Rebel and Kerr Bros History, and provide an important organising principle for her work. For Kerr Bros History the notes constitute a rough first draft. The chronological notes refer to various folders, coloured notebooks and other documents in KSC's archive. The notes are in the order found in a number of shoe boxes used by KSC for her research and where possible bundled as she indicated by rubber band or clip separators. Please note: At the time of preparing this archive the book here called A history of the Kerr family and Kerr Bros in the New Hebrides or, abbreviated, Kerr Bros History had not been published. The name Vanuatu was not used in the title as both books were set in a time when Vanuatu was known as the New Hebrides.
