Items copied by the AJCP relate to Australian involvement in World War I (1914-1918) including: records relating to the Australian Flying Corps, Royal Naval Air Service, combat reports, Squadron record books, reconnaisance reports, operations reports, essays written at RAf Staff college, Andover relating to the war experiences of selected sevicemen.

Selected items only have been copied from all pieces. Pieces 2252-2262 and 2264-2265 were not filmed as they mainly comprise copies of war diaries of Australian squadrons, copies of all of which are held by the Australian War Memorial
