Manton (Hobart), Alexander Reid (Auckland), Peter Turner (Friendly Islands) and Robert Young (Melbourne). There is an index at the beginning of the volume.
On pp. 471-477 is the plan for forming the Wesleyan Missionary Society's Australasian and Polynesian missions into a distinct affiliated Connexion, adopted by the English Conference held at Birmingham in 1854.
