- Component identifier:
- File 87
- Content Summary:
-
If they had a 'little bit gathered' it might not be difficult to persuade Andrew to go home, where he might be healthier; the children have had measles; recent cold winds have brought back Andrew's winter headaches and colds - hopes he will be better this year as it is so dull if the head of the household is so frequently ailing; Mrs. Hoey is better but it is hard for a woman to know what to turn to and needlework is not easily got and is not well paid.
The letter is attached to an envelope containing a dried plant.
