Scope and contents: This file contains a speech delivered by O'Donoghue on the occasion of the transfer of the Merapah Station from the Queensland Government, to its Traditional Owners the Mungkanah people [Wik Mungkan people Y57] (1 June 1990).

This file contains speeches given by O'Donoghue in her position as Chairperson of ATSIC including an address at the Third Biennial lecture on Aboriginal Administration, International Women's Day Luncheon held by the Office of Aboriginal Women, Conference of State Local Government Grants Commission and the launch of a special edition of Artlink Magazine.

This file includes a copy of a letter addressed to all ATSIC commissioners from the then Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, the Hon. Robert Tickner, M.P., dated 28 November 1991. The letter addresses the retirement of then Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Bill Gray. The file also includes a copy of a speech given by Charles Perkins to the Annual Conference of Rotary District 980, in which he discusses higher education for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
