Scope and contents: Some of the speeches included in this file were presented at the International Human Rights Day Oration held by Amnesty International Australia, the Inaugural Indigenous Tourism Exposition, a Reconciliation Week Event held by the University of Adelaide, and the Friday Forum held by the Flinders Street Baptist Church. The speeches cover a variety of topics including reform in the Australian Football League, national reconciliation and advocacy for an apology to the Stolen Generations by the Australian federal government.

This file includes a copy of an article that O'Donoghue wrote for The Advertiser regarding the state of Aboriginal affairs in Australia, in particular the APY Lands. This file includes a copy of: Welcome to Country: Respecting Indigenous Culture For Travellers in Australia a brochure published by the Department of Environment and Heritage. The file also includes newspaper clippings related to statements made by O'Donoghue including Clash of Culture (July 30, 2005) an article published by the The Age regarding a policy clash between O'Donoghue and Noel Pearson.
