The Canberra Presbytery consists of parishes in Canberra, Queanbeyan, Yass, Goulburn, Crookwell, and the South Coast. Ministers and two lay representatives of all the Churches in the parishes attended Presbytery meetings. After the union of Presbyterians, Methodists, and Congregationalists, the Presbytery met for the first time in June 1977.Records consist of correspondence, maintained by Parish Council Secretaries, Miss Ruth Whitton and Mrs R Burmester; circulars, information sheets, minutes of meetings, reports to Presbytery from the Mission committee and accounts for payment.
