This collection comprises records of the International Alliance of Women spanning 1981-2022 collected by Patricia Richardson. There are papers, programs, travel documents and photographs relating to congresses and international meetings. Correspondence relates to Richardson's role as the membership secretary (1996-2018) and board member. The collection includes electronic copies of the organisation's journal as well as files with correspondence and newsletters relating to the Women's Electoral Lobby (1984-1990). Of note in this collection are the 2004 Centenary booklet and the newsletter containing the Eulogy for long time President Dame Margery Corbett-Ashby.

The papers document some of Pauline Fanning's activities during her long career at the National Library of Australia and her association and friendship with a number of politicians, writers, collectors, librarians and academics. They include correspondence, diaries, notebooks, research notes, talks, book reviews, and newspaper cuttings. There are files on the Ferguson, Nan Kivell, Palmer and Petherick collections, exhibitions, publications and a few of her colleagues. The correspondents include Lord and Lady Casey, Russell Cope, Gerald Fischer, Adelaide Lubbock, Marcie Muir and Aileen Palmer.

This collection comprises the papers and memorabilia of Dutch World War II veterans who migrated to Australia. This material was collected by Edith van Loo as part of the Dutch War Veterans in Australia Oral History project. The bulk of the collection comprises papers of Dutch war veteran Paul Couvret. There are also papers of Dutch war veteran Jacobus Johannes (Jack) Dalmayer, together with other material collected during the project.

Abstract Or Scope
The papers date from 1916 to 1980 and reflect Bearup's continuing interest and involvement in broadcasting. The collection includes personal and business correspondence; diaries and notebooks; copies of speeches, broadcasts, articles or accounts written by Bearup or others; pamphlets, booklets, journals, and books; programmes, menus, cards, and invitations; certificates and other personal papers; some family papers; photographs, drawings, maps and plans; badges and other objects; and press clippings. In addition, there are also some papers relating to the various positions Bearup occupied during his broadcasting career. A large proportion of the material in this collection covers the period from 1946 to 1962 which Bearup spent in London as the Australian Broadcasting Commission's (ABC) overseas representative.

Abstract Or Scope
The Ian Wilson Papers document his years as Federal Member for Sturt in South Australia (1966-69 and 1973-93), his service as Minister and Shadow Minister and on Parliamentary committees, and his interest in policy and reform in a number of areas, notable taxation, family and social policy and constitutional affairs. There are extensive files relating to election campaigns, speeches, press cuttings, minutes and agendas of committees, some correspondence, and source documents and background papers. Official papers relating to Wilson's ministerial offices have been deposited with the National Archives of Australia.

MS 7583 comprises correspondence, board minutes, executive records, conference records and papers relating to submissions and campaigns. There are also papers relating to the International Council of Women including the periodical literature of a number of overseas Councils. The correspondence is both within and outside the organisation and includes correspondence with the Department of Transport, Postmaster General and the International Council of Women (24 boxes).
