Content Summary:
A collection of photographs, leaflets, cuttings and correspondence assembled by Ethel Gaunt relating to the life of the Rev. Samuel Marsden, particularly his early years in Yorkshire. There is also a copy of Marsden's journal of his journey to New Zealand in 1819.
Biographical / Historical:

Anglican clergyman and missionary, who arrived in Sydney in 1794.
