Content Summary:

This subseries contains scattered letters written by Nora Heysen and drafts of letters that may not have been sent. The majority of letters were written to Heysen's husband, Dr Robert Black.

Letters are addressed 'My dear darling' and are signed with the endearment 'I do. Nora'.

Immediate source of acquisition:
Nora Heysen bequeathed the collection to the Library as part of the Heysen Trust in a single instalment in 2004, with the assistance of Lou Klepac, Nora Heysen's executor.
