The print shows six drawings of balloons: Lana's aeronautic machine, Charles and Roberts' balloon, Montgolfier's balloon, Blanchard's balloon, parachute open, and parachute closed. Based on its similarity to another print, it was probably drawn by Joseph Clement and engraved by A W Warren J Davis, 1818.
Also included are four research photographs sent to Crome in 1981. They are captioned: Wright aero engine no 19 Geelong; plan of [Fryansford?] flying machine built by Lawrence Carroll 1906; Geelong Airport 1930 P J and C D Pratt; Balloon ascent at Geelong 1907 sponsored by the Lipton Tea Company. Austrian aeronaut Gahn Rianaldo came down by parachute.
